Welcome and thank you for your interest in the SEPAL SPIKE Program!
Thank you very much for completing this brief questionnaire. The information you share will guide SEPAL in partnering you with SFSU science students. While we strive to find partner placements for as many teacher applicants as possible, we typically have more teacher applicants than SFSU science student partners. We will make our best effort to maximize the number of fantastic SFSU science student partners we have available to partner with teachers this Fall!
Expectations
• Fall 2014: teams co-plan & co-teach six science lessons together during the fall semester in K-12 classrooms.
• Teams attend a 2-hour Partnership Orientation at SFSU on Wednesday, September 10th, 4:00-6:00 pm, dinner provided.
• Teams attend a Share-Out Celebration and Poster Session at SFSU on Wednesday, Dec 10th, 4:00-6:00 pm, dinner provided.
As a reminder, be sure you complete and submit this questionnaire no later than Friday, May 30, 2014!
