The questionnaire is aimed at identifying the skills and competencies that the organisation requires, the skills/competencies that individual employees have versus the skills/competencies that their respective job requires. It is not meant to assess individual performance. It is, therefore critical that this questionnaire is answered truthfully so that the interventions that the organisation embarks upon are relevant. In completing this skills audit questionnaire:
