Maricopa County and its local governmental members (the Maricopa HOME Consortium) are individually and collectively preparing Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plans. These plans will guide the use and investment of federal funds (HOME, ESG, CDBG, etc) for the upcoming five years. The planning area includes all of Maricopa County excluding the cities of Phoenix and Mesa.
