1. Power Farming Show Attendee Registration - 2012 Acreage Planting Intention Survey

To receive a $3 discount on your admission to the show the following survey needs to be completed. BRING CONFIRMATION PAGE TO THE SHOW FOR THE DISCOUNT. Reg. admission is $6.

Not only does demand and supply dictate commodity prices, but also the future potential demand and supply. With demand remaining strong for corn and soybeans, the number of intended acres planted to corn or soybeans will influence the price of those commodities in 2012. The ramifications of too many beans or too little corn could move the markets by $1 to $2 per bushel or more. Private acreage estimates already show a huge range of conflicting ideas for 2012.

The results of this survey will give an early insight on what farmers intend to plant to both soybeans and corn. In 2011, the Iowa results were very close to the March USDA Planting Intention Report.

For participating in the survey, the preliminary 2012 planting intention results will be e-mailed to you within a week after the show. AgriSource, Inc. will be compiling the data for the show.

Your e-mail address will also be used to notify you of the 2013 show dates and seminars.

This information will be used for demographic purposes only to assist show management in securing new exhibitors.

The information will be held to strict confidentiality.

Thank you for your support of the 2012 Iowa Power Farming Show.
