Tour of house and grounds at Maymount; presentation by Peggy Singlemann on the history of Maymount, but also the horticultural maintenance and collaborative approaches used to achieve some of the maintenance goals.

Tour of the Kent-Valentine House; presentation, and viewing of Catesby collection.

Walk to Jefferson Hotel and time to explore therein.

Over the course of the days of the meeting, we had everything from a southern style buffet breakfast, buffet lunches, lunches in charming brightly colored bags followed by confections, a buffet dinner, a chance to dine out in Carytown, and cocktails and a sit down dinner on the last evening. Also snacks during meeting breaks. Please comment on the food provided during the meeting. Do you have any suggestions relating to food selection and provision at future meetings?
