1. Introduction
Dear Trainee,
We hope that you thoroughly enjoyed your St. Joseph's Health Centre (SJHC) rotation!
As you know, it is our Vision is to be 'Canada’s Best Community Teaching Hospital.' In our attempts to achieve the highest level of teaching and education, we ask that all levels of medical trainee's complete a brief evaluation of their preceptor(s) and rotation experience.
It is very important for us at St. Joe's to ensure that you have a positive and supportive educational experience and so your feedback is critical. This information helps to ensure future rotations for your fellow medical trainee's run smoothly. Additionally, your evaluation helps us to identify and nominate the best staff, residents and clinical teachers at SJHC who are awarded at the end of each academic year.
This evaluation is online and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. You will be able to evaluate up to 3 staff preceptors, and as well as 1 resident teacher.
Your evaluation will be collected and analyzed in a confidential manner by the Department of Medical Education & Scholarship (DMES).
