Thank you for attending the 46th Congress of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP) held in Toronto, Canada on October 22-25, 2014.

Before November 26, 2014:

2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
