1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the U19 Women’s Squad Member, On-Line Application.
The introduction page will provide you with an overview of the program and what to expect.
The U19 Australian Women’s Team, will compete at the;
FIL 2015 U19 Women’s World Championship,
Thursday 23 July – Saturday 1 August 2015,
to be held in Edinburgh Scotland.
INFORMATION SESSIONS
Information sessions will be held in Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide.
They are open to anyone interested in obtaining further information about the U19 program.
Dates;
Thursday 12th December Melbourne evening venue TBC
Friday 13th December Perth evening venue TBC
Sunday 15th December Adelaide afternoon venue TBC
Dates, Times and Venues will be confirmed and posted on the ALA website;

APPLICATIONS
Squad Member Applications should be submitted by the,
Due Date; Tuesday 17th December 2013.
DOCUMENTS
Required documents, photos or scans, should also be submitted via email by the, Due Date; Tuesday 17th December 2013.
U19 PIN NUMBER
Following receipt of your on-line Application, the ‘ALA U19 Women’ bank account details and a PIN number will be emailed to each applicant.
Your Squad Member PIN number is to be used for identification of all payments.
APPLICATION FEE (non refundable)
Payment of the Application Fee of $150 is required by the,
Due Date; Monday 23rd December 2013.
Include your Squad Member PIN number with your payment.
Note: Applications will not be official, until payment and required documents are received.
SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT
The Squad List will be posted on the ALA web site; www.lacrosse.com.au
on; Thursday 26th December 2013.
LATE APPLICATIONS
Late applications will be considered and should be completed on-line, as well as an email to ALA paul.mollison@lacrosse.com.au with the reason the application is late.
SQUAD MEMBER COSTS
A cost will apply for Squad Apparel/State Based Training sessions and Squad Camps.
The cost of Squad Camps will be advised as early as possible prior to each.
All efforts will be made to keep costs as low as possible.
The expected costs are;
Squad Apparel & SBT sessions (Feb-Oct) $300
Squad Camps between $400 - $500 per Camp
