SEPREMA - SURVEY OF CURRENT SEPSIS

We kindly ask you to fill out this questionnaire on Sepsis recognition and management proposed to you on behalf of the ESICM SIS Section. The survey aims to assess how well the 2012 surviving sepsis guidelines are being put into practice. There are 33 questions and it takes approximately 10 minutes to complete the Survey.
