Why we are doing this survey

The purpose of this survey is:

To find out what support local and voluntary and community groups want from us and how we should provide it
To find out what you think of our services at the moment
To build up a picture of the voluntary and community sector in South Derbyshire in 2015

There are 17 questions (most of them tick boxes/multi choice) and it should take you not more than 20 minutes to complete.  Please only complete one survey per organisation. 

Each organisation that completes the survey will be entered into a draw to win a £20 supermarket voucher!
