100% of survey complete.
We thank you for sharing your experience. We are a group of veterinarians and riders that loves horses, equestrian sports and are interested in gaining knowledge that can be used to improve the health and safety of our equine partners. The goal of this study is to describe collapse and sudden death in horses to gain information that can be used to design strategies to prevent these episodes. Names of horses and people will remain confidential but if you want to remain anonymous feel free to not fill in questions that would identify you, your client or the horse . Please, do not answer questions that you do not feel comfortable with. We understand you may not be able to answer all questions.

Sincerely
