The Oxford Chapter of Thames Valley Branch is on a mission to ‘develop the understanding and application of Stakeholder Management’.

Project managers often say that most of the problems they encounter are people based and that managing stakeholders is one of their most important activities. And yet we believe there is a shortage of guidance around the practical aspects of stakeholder engagement.
