We will be offering four training sessions in September to review updates to the ACP Guide since major changes were enacted into law in 2007 and answer questions from those who help people think about their future health care decisions.

Who should attend? Social workers, nurses, pastoral care staff or others who work with patients and families to think about advance care planning and complete advance directives.
