Dear research participants,
You're being invited to participate in a survey concerning your work experiences. The purpose of the study is to explore the individual-organization relationships of foreign professionals working in the U.S. The survey will take around 15 minutes.
The survey is completely anonymous. Your identity will not be associated with your responses. The results will be reported only in aggregate form if the study is published. All records will be carefully protected and kept in the researcher's locked office. No risks or discomforts from participation are foreseen.
In appreciation of your participation, you will receive a 5-dollar gift card if you send me an email with the subject line "survey completed" and with the text of your name and campus address. You may withdraw from the research prior to the completion without any penalty or loss of the benefits.
