The Care Council for Wales (CCW) and the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW) are working in partnership to develop a qualifying programme for inspectors.

We are keen to hear the views of stakeholders to provide a steer on this development and have set up an electronic survey that can be completed between the 7th and 28th April.

The survey will focus on the identification of the key qualities of a good inspector and how these match the draft learning outcomes and content of the qualifying programmes for inspectors. It also looks at areas of specialist learning that may be needed for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and how people who use services may get involved with the delivery and quality assurance of the qualifying programme.

Mae Cyngor Gofal Cymru (CGC) ac Arolygiaeth Gofal a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol Cymru (AGGCC) yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth i ddatblygu rhaglen gymhwyso ar gyfer arolygwyr.

Rydym ni’n awyddus i randdeiliaid allweddol lywio’r datblygiad ac wedi datblygu arolwg electroneg a allai gael ei gwblhau rhwng y 7fed a 28ain o Ebrill.

Fe fydd yr arolwg yn rhoi ffocws ar nodi’r rhinweddau allweddol arolygydd effeithiol a sut mae’r rhain yn cael eu hadlewyrchu yn y canlyniadau dysgu diwygiedig a chynnwys y rhaglen gymhwyso drafft. Mae hefyd yn edrych ar ddysgu arbenigol DPP ychwanegol a sut mae pobl sy’n defnyddio gwasanaethau yn gallu cael eu hymglymu yn y ddarpariaeth a’r prosesau sicrwydd ansawdd y rhaglen gymhwyso.
