The survey focuses on the costs and benefits of completing a disclosure statement, which landlords are required to provide tenants before signing the lease. The survey asks 19 questions and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

By participating in the survey, you have the opportunity to win four mentoring sessions with the Small Business Mentoring Service valued at $320. To enter the draw, please provide your contact details at the end of the survey. The winner will be notified by email.
