Regional Adult Survey on Underage Drinking |
INTRODUCTION
Bluegrass Prevention Center, through an Underage Drinking grant, wants to learn more about what adults believe about underage drinking, binge drinking and interactions with teens. Adults in the 17 counties covered by Bluegrass are being surveyed around this issue. The information will be utilized in developing informational campaigns for the counties.
This 11-question survey will only take a max of 5 minutes to complete.

NOTE: For this survey we do not consider a sip of alcohol taken as part of a religious ceremony to be included as “underage drinking.”
