The Consortium of Universities for Global Health is surveying its members to understand the contributions academic institutions are making to address the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. This information will be helpful in enabling us to identify obstacles our members face in volunteering to use their expertise to address this crisis and the solutions to address them.

It will also aid our efforts to facilitate the mobilization of the capabilities within our academic institutions to address future crises. Information collected will be used to showcase the important efforts our members are making to address the Ebola outbreak.

The following survey contains only 8 brief questions. We would be most grateful if you could fill it out to the best of your ability by March 10th 2015, EOD.
