1. Instructions
For consideration in the Nonprofit Leadership Development Program, the following items must be submitted in addition to the application:
- A letter of recommendation from your board chair
- An essay (approximately 500 words) answering the question: How do you as a nonprofit leader hope to grow in your understanding of effective leadership on both a personal and professional level?
