11th Annual 340B Coalition Winter Conference Call for Speakers

February 4-6, 2015 - San Francisco, CA

If you are interested in speaking at the 340B Coalition Winter Conference, please read these instructions for submitting a speaker application. The conference will take place from February 4-6, 2015 in San Francisco, CA. Please note the deadline for speaker applications is Friday, September 26th.

Required Information:
(Note: Incomplete speaker applications will not be considered)

Subjects You Plan to Address

Bullet Points: List four to six bullet points that describe the specific issues you would like to cover
Description of 340B Experience: Please include a description of your experience with the 340B program, such as:
- Specific projects (e.g., work on 340B compliance matters, assist patients with pharmaceutical access and education, etc.);
- Duties (e.g., sit on compliance team or clinical committee, involved in charity care policies or programs, etc.); and
- How long you have been working on 340B issues.

Please send any additional relevant materials (e.g., slides for past 340B-related presentations) that you would like us to consider to Sam Wilhelm-Ross at sam.wilhelm-ross@snhpa.org.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

While we are accepting proposals from anyone who is interested in speaking, preference will be given to 340B covered entities, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Please understand that we will not be able to select all candidates.
