Give Kids A Smile 2014® - Post-Event Evaluation
Thank you for participating in Give Kids A Smile® 2014!
More than 13,800 low-income children were smiling thanks to some 337 Wisconsin dentists, 187 dental hygienists and 1,028 dental professionals and student volunteers participated Give Kids A Smile® 2014. An estimated $1.1 million in dental care was donated on Feb. 7, and during the following weeks, as part of the 12th annual national children's dental access program.
Help the Wisconsin Dental Association track final data from your GKAS® events to share with legislators and news media by filling out this brief post-event form. Your comments will also help us identify new ways to support local event planning and implementation for 2015.
