We are trying to gather various information to enable us to better serve our members and the dog community.
To accomplish this, we need to hear from you!
We are not asking for you to identify yourself, or your breed to enable you the luxury of being able to be honest without fear of being judged!

We request that anyone who has ever had a litter of pups complete the following survey.

Data from this survey will be used to make recommendations for changes and improvements within our organisation.
