Here is a brief description of the different options:

With the Basic Email Consultation Package, you receive a Personalized Sleep Plan® for one child and two follow-up email consultations with one of our expert sleep consultants.

With the Express Sleep Plan®, you receive an instantly downloadable, customized plan for your child after completing a brief questionnaire. This plan is intended for babies/toddlers who are 4 months of age or older, born within 4 weeks of their due date and in general good health.

With the E-Book program, you receive your choice of an eligible e-book in PDF format.
