To collect feedback from Colorado stakeholders on the Modifications to Meaningful Use (MU) in 2015 - 2017 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), CORHIO has provided this survey to collect your comments. All items listed are open for comments on 2015-2017 MU for Eligible Professionals and Eligible Hospitals. You are encouraged to provide questions, concerns, and alternative solutions for the proposed changes.

All comments are due to CORHIO by Wednesday, June 3rd 5:00 pm and will be submitted to CMS before the close of the comment period on June 15th.
