In February 2013 the Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority (MPCBPAA) was gifted approximately 100 acres of waterfront property for public use surrounded by coastal ecosystem, wetlands, and forest on the Severn River in Gloucester County. The property also contains a 8,000 square foot home including a ranch-style house with numerous outbuildings, barns, and fields. The site also has a water canal and boat ramp.

The MPCBPAA is overseeing the development of a management plan for the site from the feedback from stakeholders, users, and neighbors to determine appropriate ways to use this waterfront space. The purpose of this survey is to gather input from stakeholders who were unable to participate in this first public meeting held on October 7th, 2014.

Please take a moment to share your thoughts and ideas by completing this survey, which will be available until October 28, 2014.
