Employee of the month awards are designed to recognise the commitment and dedication of our staff and apprentices who give a service that is over and above what is expected of them in order to make a difference to the children, to their colleagues or other users.
Any employee / apprentice can be nominated for an award as each and every one of the company’s staff plays an important role in the delivery of quality care/service whether or not their role involves direct contact with the children or the learner.
