The following survey asks early learning program providers questions about disaster prepration in early learning and care settings.
These questions were developed by Drs. Andrew Hashikawa and Harvey Leo, University of Michigan - School of Public Health. Dr. Hashikawa is the Michigan Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics Child Care Contact. He has provided numerous trainings to providers on an array of health issues in early learning settings with a focus on managing infections and injury prevention.
The purpose of this survey is to obtain a simple baseline of data regarding providers’ disaster preparedness in their programs.
The data collected will be used to inform future training/learning collaborative needs amongst providers.
