Rape Crisis Scotland is looking for feedback on the kind of evidence being used in sexual crime cases.

If you have been a victim of a sexual crime and the case went to court we would like to hear from you.

We are looking at what is currently happening and whether the system can be improved.

Any information you give us is helpful and will help inform our work and the work we do with other agencies which are part of the criminal justice system.

All information is anonymous. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes. If there is anything you don't know or don't feel comfortable answering please just skip it. Any information you do give us is helpful.

Remember if you are looking for support our freephone helpline is open every day 6pm-midnight on 08088 01 03 02 and we have email support on support@rapecrisisscotland.org.uk

We offer support to female, male and transgender survivors aged 13+ who have experienced any form of sexual violence, no matter when this happened. For under 13s please contact childline on 0800 1111.

Thanks for your time
