2014 Conference Vendor Proposal

Please fill out this form if you would like to be a vendor at the WISN / DPI State Conference on School Innovation March 27-28, 2014 at the Country Springs Hotel in Pewaukee.

Pricing:
Booths cost $500 -- Booths for non-profits cost $250.
This includes one 8-foot skirted table; pipe and drape separation; power source; lunch for vendor.
You have the option to add a second table for half-price.

Schedule:
Set-up:Wednesday, March 26 between 2pm and 8pm
Exhibit Hall Open: Thursday, March 27: 7am-7pm and Friday, March 28: 7am-1pm
