Family and Friends Questionnaire - Garstang Medical Practice

It is a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake the NHS Friends and Family test (FFT). The purpose is to give patients the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience to help improve services. The results will be sent periodically to NHS England. The test should take no more than a couple of minutes and we would be very grateful for your response.
