1. College Swimming & Diving Honors 2013-14 NOMINATION FORM

HELP PROMOTE OUR SPORT! Within the sport of collegiate swimming & diving, athletes will themselves to extraordinary levels of achievement through determination, team-work, and intent.
Now in it's fifth year, the goal of this publication remains to highlight the outstanding achievements within the collegiate swimming and diving season on an annual basis. Additionally, we hope that the end product can be used positively promote swimming & diving to make a difference in the future of our outstanding sport.
Please take a moment to submit a nomination. Those within our sport will appreciate the story and person behind your nomination. Now is the time to identify the exceptional achievements and stories for the 2013 14 season. Please submit your nomination(s) prior to April 30th 2014.

NOTES:
You do not have to nominate for every listed category to submit. Feel free to pick and choose.

Each category is open for divers and swimmers. Divers and swimmers will be split out after the nomination process is complete for voting.

Your nominations may remain confidential (see section II.)

Do not be shy; you may nominate yourself/team.

You may nominate on multiple occaisions. When you witness something awesome, send it in immediately.

The true walk on who either arrives on campus out of the blue or was told during recruitment that they would only be allowed to walk on. Non-recruited athletes are eligible. From there, we look to recognize the athlete who was a complete overachiever with their training and performance. PLEASE BEGIN ANSWER WITH NAME AND SCHOOL.

Please submit a progression of times for primary events. (Typically looking for the person who develops into at least a high level conference swimmer. NCAA qualifiers preferred though not required.)
