PVSD Survey
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Community Survey for the Perkiomen Valley School District. The survey questions that you are about to answer were created by the Pennsylvania Department of Education with local additions for all community members to complete as we work to improve our district. The information that you share will be used alongside survey data from our staff and students.
Please answer all of the questions, even if you don't think you fit into one of the categories. Use the "neutral" response if you feel that the question does not apply to your circumstance or you do not have enough information to answer.
