2015 Permanent Supportive Housing Inventory

Your organization has been identified as a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) provider within the Texas Balance of State CoC. Your clients are considered homeless under the HUD definition of homelessness (this includes domestic violence shelters). Once a year, HUD requires that we collect and report the number of units and beds for each shelter. It is important for us to know the housing available within the CoC. This data will be used in an application submitted to HUD on behalf of homeless service organizations throughout the Texas Balance of State and should be used within communities for local planning and advocacy. Completion of this survey is important to the success of the funding request which helps those experiencing homelessness in the region. 

If your agency has more than one permanent supportive housing facility, please fill out this survey for each PSH facility.
