I have not read Cunningham, "How To Explain Confidentiality," and will not do so until after submission of any assignments for the Simon exercise.

I have not read Cunningham, "How Can We Give Up Our Child," and will not do so until after completion of the Baby Jessica exercise.

I understand that a portion of my grade will be based on in-class quizzes administered through use of an audience response device ("clicker") assigned to me for the semester.

I understand that if I miss an in-class quiz by being late or absent without good cause, my grade for the quiz will be zero.

I understand that it is my responsibility to email Professor Cunningham with an explanation of good cause to request a make-up quiz, which must be completed before the next class meeting.
