2. What Units of Study are you teaching this semester?
The aim of the Peer Observation of Teaching (POT) Program is that the participant should gain feedback on their own teaching style from an observer who can either be a colleague or a mentor. Also, that the participant will be expected to observe another teaching staff member as a method of gaining insight.

After registering, participants will be expected to attend a briefing session with the details below.

Peer Observation of Teaching Program – briefing session
Date: Friday 20 September
Time: 10am to 12pm
Venue: Videoconferencing Room 323, Brennan McCallum A18

At the end of the program, the participant will be required to complete an online reflection upon these processes.

Participants will also be expected to attend a face-to-face debrief session.

Initially, the participant will be expected to contact and arrange for another teacher to be an observer from their own contacts or from a list of potential mentors that will be provided.
