In order to help us best serve you, the conflict resolution circle created a brief 5 question survey to prioritize and understand the needs of the POCA community at large. The CR circle mission is to create and provide tools to help POCA members resolve conflicts. Your participation is greatly appreciated and will only take 5 minutes of your time.
Mission Statement: The CR circle creates and provides tools to help POCA members resolve conflicts. As a multi-stakeholder co-op, POCA is always balancing the potentially conflicting needs of different types of members. While focusing on common needs should help us avoid conflict, it is perhaps inevitable that members may need additional help at times.
The CR circle exists to provide such help, confidentially and with the consent of all involved parties through the use of tools which will include systems, trainings and self-help materials, and non-binding facilitation by trained CR teams.
