Disability Rights Network is part of a coalition of organizations working on Person-Driven Services as part of the PDS Project of the Institute on Disabilities through a grant from the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council. We would like to hear from you if you are a person with a disability. We want to know what your experience has been like in getting and controlling your services in Pennsylvania.

We know you are capable of controlling your own services and are the best person to decide what it is you need and want, not the government, professionals, or providers.

We are collecting stories from people throughout Pennsylvania about their experiences of using or trying to use self-directed services to use in our advocacy effort. Please take a couple of minutes to fill out our story form. If you need help please contact Lan Do at 1-800-692-7443 ext. 312 or Ldo@drnpa.org. Thank you for your time.
