The Property-Based Improvement District (PBID) is now in its seventh year of providing enhanced downtown services. In addition to the PBID’s core services of cleaning, ambassador patrols, beautification and tree trimming, the district provides expanded maintenance, supplemental security and business retention and recruitment within the district boundaries.

This survey is conducted as part of the district evaluation process. These results will be compared to baseline data from previous Property Owner and Resident Surveys to make adjustments and improve PBID services. Property owner and resident feedback is essential to developing the most responsive program. Survey results will be published in our newsletter and website (groundwerx.com). Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.
