DESCRIPTION:
We are identifying and classifying digital technologies and their impact on gift card programs, including internal and consumer-facing benefits in a variety of sales channels.

COMMITTEE GOALS:
Record the history of payment technologies to date
Identify how digital technology fits into each sales channel
Find and understand new technology that enhances member programs or consumer experiences

INITIAL FOCUSES AND DELIVERABLE:
Create educational content around the payment technologies
Organize presentations from various technology providers about their products
Discussions on how these products could help members
Record and categorize content for members to have available
