DESCRIPTION:
We are creating a curriculum and an in-person, webinar, and on-demand delivery mechanism, starting with Gift Card 101. We are looking for individuals with industry knowledge and experience to give their advice and opinions on various topics that will be compiled into an easy-to-understand curriculum for new industry members.

Strategic Goals:
Survey the gift card industry to identify the major "must know" items (See below for survey)
Host Gift Card Network member meetings to collect advice and benchmark best practices
Create Gift Card 101 Curriculum outlining the basic aspects of a gift card program
Create delivery mechanisms for in-person, webinar, and on-demand delivery
