Join our Open Mind Project dialogue workshop to talk about mental health and wellbeing among our Black and Minority Ethnic communities.

This is a great opportunity for you as a member of an ethnic minority to come and talk to an open minded group who is prepared to listen to your concerns and experience of mental health in Suffolk. The afternoon session and dialogue will include lunch with a range of diverse cultural food, an opportunity to network, live music by a local jazz player and live drama by a local artist. This event is free and open to all communities and organisations.

Saturday 27 September 2014 from 12.30 to 5.30pm
Key Café, 15 St Margaret’s Plain, Ipswich. IP4 2BB
