The UK and Irish Governments have committed to more open and transparent government by joining the international Open Government Partnership and publishing action plans developed with civil society at national level. Open government is considered critical to the well being and empowerment of citizens.

Building Change Trust wants to explore the potential of the international Open Government Partnership initiative for Northern Ireland, given existing commitments of the governments. It wants to get peoples' views from the voluntary and community sector, other sectors, politicians and influencers.

Building Change Trust has asked Rubicon to help explore the views of the sector, and make recommendations on the way forward.

The survey attached is quite short - around ten minutes to complete with mostly tick boxes. Your replies are encrypted and totally anonymous - responses are aggregated so that no one will see any individual response.
