The Oklahoma Health Care Authority has a number of communication tools to let you know what is happening with the agency and its programs.

These tools include but are not limited to:

The purpose of this survey is to find out if you feel you’re receiving the right amount and type of information to keep you up-to-date on important news such as major policy developments, program changes and issues affecting OHCA/SoonerCare. We also want to know how we can improve the way we communicate - What’s working? What’s not working? What should we try?
