Thank you for your participation in this survey about organizational ethics programs in Greater Omaha. We are interested in learning about the changes, advances, and directions of organizational ethics in our community, since our last survey in 2010. Therefore, we are seeking responses from individuals who are responsible for their organizations' ethics education or ethics department.
The questionnaire is brief and should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. It includes items about ethics in your organization and some demographic questions about your organization. Please note that all results will be reported in aggregate and no individual companies will be identified.
