As a part of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization (NSSEO), in partnership with it's member districts, conducts an annual needs assessment of general and special education staff, administrators, and parents. The purpose of this survey is to assist in the improvement of the delivery of service to students who receive special education and their families, training and communication between school, home and community.
