Event Details Sunday 26 July, 2015

Come along with your family and friends to celebrate National Tree Day. Help the Mt Toolebewong & District Landcare Group revegetate a section of the creek, and the Badger Creek Old School Committee plant at the school. Our meeting place is the Badger Creek Old School, Badger Creek Rd, Badger Creek - turn into the car park just before the Healesville Sanctuary roundabout. Landcare flags will be at the entrance and plenty of parking is available.

Our planting session time is 10 am until noon, with a BBQ and drink provided at the end. Please note, we will have gluten free sausages, hamburgers and vegie burgers, but not gluten free bread. If you have other dietary needs, please BYO if you would like to stay for lunch.

We have all the equipment and the holes will be dug - you  just need to bring suitable clothing, footwear and gloves.  We suggest you bring a change of socks and shoes.

Please note that one of the sites is beside a creek and family members must supervise children closely. No family pets permitted or smoking on site.

The event will proceed if rain is expected, but will be cancelled if high winds or storms are forecast.
For any enquiries, please contact Karen on 0418 999 936 or email toolebewonglandcare@gmail.com
