The purpose of this survey is to identify information and resources for the upcoming NYC Employment and Training Coalitions' Workforce Providers Directory. This directory is the result of our continuous efforts to increase connectivity and knowledge among job seekers, workforce providers, city agencies, employers and other stakeholders within the workforce development community. The resulting directory will be distributed throughout NYC to organizations that make referrals to workforce development providers and jobseekers.
 
This questionnaire is to be completed by workforce development providers and should be completed by one person per organization. This brief survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
