Concrete Naming Conventions

P. 1 Basic information

One of the main questions I get is, "What is the best way to name concrete mix designs?" Of course, I have my own opinion, but I would like to find out what others are doing. Does your mix code reflect the composition or performance of the mix, or is it arbitrary? Please answer the 15 questions below and I will share the results with those that respond.
