Welcome to the Rett UK Family Consultation 2015
Dear Parent Carer,
Rett UK is your charity, set up and run by parent carers like yourself. We really value your input about the services we currently provide but also about which areas you would like to see developed. We are doing a consultation about our services and would really appreciate it if you would complete the survey which should take no more than ten minutes. Not only is it important to have your input to help shape Rett UK and ensure it is delivering a service that meets your needs, it is crucial that we provide solid evidence to funders about why we ask them to fund what we do.. no evidence for our case = no money!

You will need to complete the survey on a lap top or a PC not an IPad or smart phone, some of the questions require you to rank your choices in order of importance by clicking on your choice, dragging and dropping your choice next to the ranking.
If you would like to complete the survey anonymously then please do so but it would be really useful to us if you could complete the other boxes on the first page about the age of Rett person and whether you are a member or non member so we have some context to relate the answers to. Thank you!
Ideally, we would like to be able to collate the results by the end of April 2015, so please could you aim to have completed the survey by 24th April 2015.
Finally, we appreciate that some of the comment boxes maybe quite small .. please feel free to email us if there is anything additional you would like to add or perhaps it is something we have not covered. Your view is really important. We know you do huge amounts of form filling... consider this one as generating money for Rett UK which we invest back in you and your family!
