Quality Matters It is very important that the Trust provides consistently high quality services. Quality is about making our work meaningful, positive and clear. We want to provide services that are safe and effective, and that are designed in collaboration with you. That’s why every year we ask you what your quality priorities are so we know what to work on next. In this questionnaire you will find three lists of statements. All you need to do is pick one statement under each heading to tell us what is most important to you. A shortlist of statements, based on the responses we get, will be presented to the Board of Directors, so they can choose the Trust’s quality priorities for 2014 -15.
